The
Design
Decorative graphics and playful interactives were carefully integrated into the new Beach House architecture with special attention paid to resilient materials due to the harsh environmental conditions of the northern site. The signage illustrates the species that visitors might encounter when exploring the Prince Albert National Park. The space is filled with different animal footprints and interactives, encouraging visitors to learn more about the adventure to come as they step outside. Visitors can continue to learn outside by engaging with the outdoor interactives that have also been incorporated into the design. This new experience brings the outdoors inside, encouraging visitors to rediscover the Park and explore it with their newfound knowledge.
