Introducing Reich&Petch’s New Principals!

R&P is thrilled to announce the appointment of four new principals: Cathy Lazo, Peter Lam, Gonzalo Martinez Jr, and Niki Reich

R&P was founded in 1987 by Tony Reich and Whit Petch. Their goal was to build a legacy design firm dedicated to conceiving and delivering Experience Environments and Architecture that could change the way people see and experience the world. Over 15 years ago, R&P grew to include current partners Stephen Petri and Pauline Dolovich. R&P has become an international, multidisciplinary firm with offices in Toronto and New York, working with museums and institutions, cultural organizations, science centers, corporations, agencies, and attractions.

Today, we are excited to welcome Cathy Lazo, Peter Lam, Gonzalo Martinez Jr, and Niki Reich into the leadership team as new principals and co-owners. They will continue to contribute their incredible talents and shared values of creativity, innovation, and collaboration in building the future of R&P.
