Golf Town, is a haven for golf enthusiasts since 1999. This innovative flagship store reinvigorates the popular and successful lifestyle brand by seamlessly melding specialized retail with entertainment, expert service, and a guest-focused shopping experience.

The
Goal

Golf Town envisions its flagship store to be  the ultimate immersive experience for golf enthusiasts. This 30,000SF space blends together two distinct areas: 1) a showcase of a comprehensive selection of golf products from all the leading brands with on-floor experts to outfit guests specifically  to their interest and skill level , and 2) a full-service entertainment and hospitality destination with state-of-the-art golf simulators complete with a restaurant and bar. During regular hours, customers can seamlessly circulated between both areas. After hours, the entertainment and hospitality space  can be separated for exclusive after-hours social events that combines virtual golf play with food and beverage offers and dining creating memorable night-out experiences.

The
Design

The new Golf Town flagship was thoughtfully designed to appeal to all golf players from beginners to the avid low handicapped levels. The bright and airy atmosphere paired with subtle textures and warm finishes foster an inviting and relaxing environment that encourages pressure- free conversations and product browsing and exploration. The careful curation of natural materials reminiscent of the outdoor putting green places guests in the comfort and excitement of the sport. In the flagship store, Golf Town’s vast product assortment takes center stage, showcasing everything from the latest golf clubs to stylish apparel and must-have tech gadgets. Each item is presented in a way that highlights its unique features, inviting customers to pick-up and try on the products. Supporting the retail floor are service counters, change rooms, washrooms, storage racks, and back-of-house staff areas which are strategically placed to be out-of-sight but accessible when needed. Overall, the space serves as a perfect blend of functionality and style, and with a focus on the needs and preferences of today’s golf enthusiasts while offering a one-of-its-kind shopping innovative experience.
